If the quality of your paper does not meet the requirements you ordered for, you can get in touch with our team and ask for revisions. Your paper will be revised free of cost if it meets the following conditions:
1: If you notice that you were charged twice and you took two receipts from the payment processor then simply get in touch with us. You need to send us both receipts and the extra amount will be refunded in full as soon as possible.
2: You will never get the failed status in essay paper that you receive. In case, if it happens then we will offer a 50 percent wallet refund. In this condition, you need to provide us with authentic fail evidence within one month after the completion of an essay. Any request after this time period will not be considered.
3: You can order another essay of the same value, free of charge, but only in case if you cancel your order before we assign you a writer. If we have already assigned writer then you will have to continue with the order.
4: We do our very best to provide you with the most appropriate writer to work on your essay. But sometimes, we may not be able to find the writer. In such a condition, we will do your next essay of the same value free of cost.
5: According to our policy, we do the revision of your essay until you are completely satisfied. However, it must be completed within a month and if more than a month is exceeded after the essay ordering date, we will not undertake any revision and there will be no refund well.
6: There is no refund policy available (excluding clause no. 1) for the services we provide on EssayProviders.co.uk. In case if your claim is genuine (in accordance with the above guidelines) then we will do your essay of the same value free of cost rather than a refund.
